Since August, 2002, when DNA LIVE RADIO signed on to the internet and began broadcasting, Ann and I have reported about the thousands of Chinese troops just south of the US-Mexican border.

We live 22 miles southeast of Deming and 32 miles southwest of Las Cruces, NM, in the 'middle of the desert.' We have spoken with two (2) local Border Patrol agents who have come into face-to-face contact with Chinese military troops doing maneuvers 15 miles north of the US-Mexican border. This actually puts those troops 15 miles directly south of our home.

These two agents have told us that they have encountered three to four thousand troops numerous times. They stated that they call headquarters who in turn calls a local covert US Marine unit that wanders around the desert along the border in this area.

The Marines meet the Border Patrol agents, talk with the Chinese officers, slap backs and shake hands. Then the Chinese about-face and return south across the border.

As for the Marine unit, there has been no official word that this unit exists. We’ve been told that this Marine unit moves, on a daily basis, around the border area setting up camp in a different location every day. We’ve inquired with Border Patrol, US Customs, the Luna County Sheriff’s Department and the local police. No one will say anything about it.

We have been trying to get the Border Patrol agents to speak on our show...but to no avail. They fear for their safety, the safety of their families and their jobs.

The latest reports on the internet are speaking only of Russian and Cuban troops south of our border. Although this is a major problem, why is it that no one is reporting the Chinese troops?

The Chinese military is the largest in military in the world boasting a 200 million-man infantry. There are approximately 286 million people living in the United States today. Excluding the sick, the elderly and the very young, this works out to almost one foreign soldier for every American citizen. This does not include the Russian, Cuban, Mexican, North Korean, German, and other troops placed around our country.

This means a very large problem for the citizens of the United States of America.

against America that has been advocated by China.

Such Chinese warfare contends that there are no rules, and
the killing of POWs, for example, is justified.

And the U.S. war with Iraq has exposed China's "two
faces" policy. On one face China continues to present
itself as a "partner" of the U.S. for its trade and
economic benefits.

But on the other face, China continues to assist terrorist
nations, including Iraq, and continues to prepare for a
military conflict with the U.S.

Already U.S. forces have come face to face with Chinese
military assistance to Iraq; Chinese-built Silkworm and
Seersucker cruise missiles have been fired at American
troops.

China has also helped the Iraqi regime during the current
bombardment, having built for Saddam's Baghdad a redundant
and hardened fiber optics telecommunications system - one
that has allowed Saddam's regime to maintain command and
control during this war.

Some of the bases that have UN troops are Ft. Polk, La., Ft, Riley, Ft. Brag, Ft. Hood, TX., and Camp Pendleton, Ca. Most of the troops are Russian and Chinese with some Germans. But there are just too many bases to name here.
There are 150,000 Chinese troops sitting on the Mexican border. There are 200,000 Russian troops sitting on the Canadian border. The troops know they are here waiting for martial law.
You will be issued a badge with your SS# on it. You will have to carry this badge with you to pass through any checkpoint. It will be then replaced by the MARK.

Three ... and counting. Three is the number of armed robberies reported just this year to authorities by illegal immigrants trying to cross the desert from Mexico to the United States. There were two such robberies last week, one on Wednesday at about 6:45 p.m., a second Friday, near 6 p.m. There have been several such reports in the past 19 months, the most recent before January in November 2002. Six men and a woman told Luna County Sheriff Deputies and U.S. Border Patrol agents of being robbed at gunpoint by three men last Wednesday, about nine miles west of the Columbus port of entry. The seven said three men one with a mask, two with bandanas collected a total of 1,540 pesos and $131. The robbers were described as short with off accents. Thursday, deputies and agents were told, two armed men robbed nine men and three women, threatening reprisals if anyone cause problems. The 12 were told to hit the ground and stay there, as robbers collected 10,820 pesos and $2,160. The robbers fired two shots in the air, over the heads of the dozen, before ordering them to the ground. The robbery took place north of Las Cheppas, a mile inside the U.S. border. The border patrol, spokesman Doug Mosier has said, is trying to work with the Mexican government to warn people of the dangers of trying to cross the desert alone or in a group. The patrol, Mosier says, has a liaison and a fulltime cadre of agents who make contact with the Mexican government on a variety of issues, including crime along the border.

Perhaps it's the mild winter weather. Perhaps it's just business as usual for those who lay in wait in the barren desert for unsuspecting, undocumented aliens. Regardless, there have been several reports this month of undocumented aliens being robbed at gunpoint while trying to cross the desert from Mexico. There have been a rash of such holdups the past 18 months to two years. An early January report was the first received by U.S. Border Patrol and the Luna County Sheriff's Office since Nov. 10, 2002. The two offices received additional reports last weekend, involving 19 undocumented aliens, who had traveled in groups of 11, five and three. In each case, the groups were stopped and robbed by three men with guns. "I think we're seeing more incidents like that in Southern New Mexico," said Doug Mosier, of the El Paso sector of the U.S. Border Patrol, "and it is of concern to us. Whether it is the mild weather or not, I don't know. "We're taking a look at it, trying to address it to the best of our ability that we know how. "We're trying to work with the government of Mexico to try to warn people of some of the practices of these unscrupulous people." The patrol, Mosier says, has a liaison and a fulltime cadre of agents who make contact with the Mexican government on a variety of issues. including crime along the border. "We've made lot of leeway, I think," Mosier says, "in strengthening our relationship with Mexico. It hasn't stopped these kind of crimes, but at least cooperation is there." Last weekend, the group of 19 reported losses exceeding $2,700 in U.S. and Mexican currency. Earlier in the month, six men reported being robbed at gunpoint by three males, two of whom displayed handguns, shortly after the six entered the U.S. The robbers men were dressed in dark clothing blue or black and wore bandanas. Money was taken from only four illegal immigrants. Two others told authorities they had no money for the robbers to take. One man reported losing 600 pesos, a second said he lost 1,600 pesos, a third 200 pesos and $40 and the fourth 3,200 pesos and $40. The suspects then reportedly ran toward Mexico. The robberies generally occur in an area west of Columbus and Las Chepas.

Tonight, my source was dining out at a local restaurant with a friend and his wife. During dinner four men dressed in black tactical suits entered the restaurant for dinner.

My source said they spoke with an accent and had blond military-type haircuts. Their uniforms bore the patch of the United Nations.

My source was getting information from his friend about the war and the takeover. This man is retired Air Force and has an insider in Military Intelligence for a close friend. The insider told him that we have one to one and one-half weeks before "all hell breaks loose in this country."

Today, during a trip to town I passed two military Hum-Vees heading east on Rt. 549. In the Hum-Vees were Army Green Berets. Now we usually only have military at the local airport, but we have never seen elite Special Forces groups in the area.

I had a lengthy conversation with veteran police officer, Jack McLamb, yesterday about the coming invasion on America. I asked Jack if he knew of any Chinese, Russian, Cuban troop buildup along the border. His response was " Yes". Jack stated that according to his military sources, there are indeed foreign troops along the border, but not in the numbers that have been reported in panic on the internet. However, the number of troops is still large, and disturbing.

His military contacts have told him that they are not so concerned with the troops along the border as they are with the hundreds of thousands of foreign troops that are stationed at this moment at our military bases around the country who will be called out to "help and assist us during martial law" after the next terrorist attack.

We talked about "Dyncorp" the front company for the UN peacekeeping missions who are offering our police officers $85,000.00 to $96,000.00 a year to resign from their police departments, and go overseas as UN peace keepers. Jack agreed that all this was part of the plan to send all of our military and police officers out of the country, and turn our nation over to United Nations. He then told me to "watch and count the troops that are being deployed overseas" as that will be signalling for the final takeover and open the door to the "foreign assets" that we have been promised.

Now, something extremely important: Jack laid out the plan that will be used against the citizens of the United States during Martial law, and here it is. When the next terrorist attack occurs, the foreign troops will be deployed, and the cities will be sealed off, along with the suburbs. However, the government has adopted a new policy to "Not deploy troops to the rural areas". The reason? They are going to allow the riots and the masses from the cities, illegal immigrants, street gangs, looters, thieves, motorcycle gangs, etc., to leave the cities and the suburbs, to go out and rape, pillage, kill, rob and steal from the families that live out in the rural areas and the farming communities.

They have calculated this with their think tanks, and have come to the conclusion that the hoards of killers will return to the cities after wiping out entire countrysides, in about a year to be fed and taken care of because they are not trained in survival techniques, and won't be able to care for themselves. In short, the families who live in the rural areas will be left on their own, with no protection whatsoever. It is my guess that most of the local police officers will scurry home to their families to protect their own, as any sound mind would do the same thing. Jack said that it was imperative for people to start uniting in their communities to form a plan for the coming battles against these mobs.

The Chinese troops, on our US-Mexican border, is a very serious problem facing our nation and its citizens.

It is urgent that the information and updates get out to the entire country as quickly as possible. However, it is also imperative that the information remain in tact as it is passed from one source to the next.

I have read e-mails stating that I now have “proof” of the Chinese on our borders. This IS wrong information. I am supposed to meet with someone who works for the Border Patrol very soon, I hope. I have been told this man has documentation and photos of the Chinese. I HAVE NOT YET SEEN THIS PROOF.

I have read where I HAVE seen the Chinese troops. NO, I HAVE NOT YET SEEN THEM WITH MY OWN EYES.

I HAVE spoken with two (2) US Border Patrol agents who have told me that they encountered Chinese military fifteen (15) miles north of the US-Mexican border. I believe these men because I have looked into their eyes and I have seen their fear. I have heard their voices quivering as they tell me what they’ve encountered. Their body language shows fear. They have told me that they fear for their lives and the lives of their families and fellow countrymen.

The information I and many others are gathering and getting to the web MUST REMAIN IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM.

This is turning out to be just like the games I described in one of our earlier letters. The games are called TELEPHONE or GOSSIP. The information starts out saying one thing and ends up saying something completely different.

With information changing as it passes from one person to the next it makes it look as if we are quacks, paranoids and weirdoes. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT OUR GOVERNMENT WANTS PEOPLE TO BELIEVE!

Example: I just found a web site where our information has been posted. This guy has the three (3) pictures of the three (3) APCs that represent what the Border Patrol agents have seen. This guy does not explain that these are representations of what have been seen, leading people to believe that these are the ones that were seen.

He continues with this remark …“i have my doubts for this guy." A remark like this makes the information appear to be DISINFORMATION.

Our main objective in delivering the information we receive is to inform the people so they can prepare for the coming take-over.

This guy never picked up the telephone to question us (we have received hundreds of calls from people all over the country); he just posts stupid remarks which hurt what ALL of US are trying to accomplish. By the way, I DID e-mail this guy.

Most of those people in intelligence have removed their families out of the country. I moved from Tucson in December to the four corners area. What is contained in the article you sent was the primary reason. I am aware of Mexican military incursions into the U.S. In one of these incursions the village of San Pedro was sealed off by the Mexican military for 3 days, probably to protect a huge drug shipment. I know that many folks of many nationalities are coming across the border, mainly around the Tohono O'Odham Indian reservation. Many of the folks there, most of whom make money as coyotes, either for illegals or drugs, have told me personally of Orientals and middle-eastern types being among the border crossers they have escorted.

I have had first hand reports of Chinese Military maneuvers in the Naco area across the border from Douglas AZ. Some involving armored vehicles. Just had one such report this morning, although it came from a source of which reliability is questionable.

Charlie, I have no reason to doubt we are in serious trouble here. I have moved to a remote area, have plenty "supplies," and contingency plans for my family.

I am located near Show Low, I did not know you were in Tucson, interesting

proximity to each other we are........and for many of the same reasons. We moved

here in 99'.

Maybe I have missed something, but why haven't you guys at the Sierra Times

made updates, etc.? Somebody has to light the fire to get things going. Given

the lack of time at the moment, those of us that have the information should

be alerting people. I do not know how many are in this country that are like

us (no presumptions), but this circle however big it is, knows what you and

I know. I would imagine that there are some stragglers out there looking for

the right kick in the ass (so to speak).

If you had a report this morning (1-21) of the Chinese military troops massing

across the Mexican border, is there any reason that this should not be put to press?

The conclusions I think it safe to make at the moment is that the one's who

have knowledge should be preparing for 'Red Dawn', or am I missing

something here also?

I know some people who have some CIA contacts, the White Mountain

area is fallout safe from what I have been told. If Phoenix gets hit, it will go

east like all the other weather does. Any L.A. area strike, the fallout will

be nil by the time it gets here or near you. The closest target worth a missile

is Phoenix. I think these little shit towns are reasonably safe. But, that

is not taking into account ground troops from across the border. The other

thing that troubles me is the majority of the military are now on ships

heading to the middle east, just who exactly is watching the farm?

I can see the headlines now, Surprise Attack! Golly..... we never figured

this one in our war games scenarios! It's so damn predictable now, it's

pathetic.

This may also be part of the answer for the Rodeo Fire. I suspected

this fire from the beginning. Alot of forest area has been cleared by

fire, this makes it easier for ground troops to move through rough

mountains without being seen by the public. Now it makes since.

I will try to answer as many of your questions as I can.

My info this morning came from a source that has been known to embellish a bit. I will not write a story saying they are there unless I can substantiate the claim. Over the last nine years I have built a network of folks who will provide me info, several of them in Mexico itself. I must either see this activity for myself or have them provide me with visual evidence. That being said I do feel there is certainly enough collateral info that would make me believe the story.

Sierra Times has been carrying story after story on the border problem. They carried my story on the incursion of the Mexican military into the village of San Pedro. Not alot of response to these stories. Either folks think we are a bunch of kooks or just don't give a damn. I personally contacted Congressman Tancredo's office from Colorado. He was making a show of being concerned about the border...told his staff I would be willing to share info....never heard back.

My son was informed during an interview with the DIA (Dec 02 for his security clearance) that I am considered a "subversive" because of my editorials and membership in other "subversive" organizations such as the Sons of Confederate Veterans. This after a 30 year military career. Oh well.

There is certainly more of "us" than one would think...but how do we network? The patriot act was designed to prevent that.

Our attention is being focused on the Middle East, Bush

and Buddies, economy, etc. I know there has been a lot of

press lately about the border situation. I have several thoughts.

First, I don't believe the troops to the north or south

are un-noticed. I think we can be safe to conclude this

is a concert effort and it's very clear that the guys in D.C.

made us an enemy. Massive military do not just go here or

there without some purpose in mind.

Second, it is also safe to conclude we are going to be

attacked. What we all need to do right now is get as many

people to be vigilant at the N. and S. borders. We also

need hardcore, solid information of what, who and where.

Third, I suspect that the 'push' in D.C. to start this so called

war is because everything will be in place shortly. After that

point is reached they must move on us or risk loss of the element

of surprise. The day the 'war' starts expect to see an invasion,

retaliatory strike by 'terrorist'.

The numbers present a problem for me. I know firsthand what it takes logistically to keep 90,000 troops in the field. I can't believe the resources are in place in Mexico to supply that many troops. Hell, they have problems feeding them in China. That is not to say there are not a number there.

Vicente Fox when he is speaking to America and what is reported in our media is very different from what he says in speeches elsewhere in the world. Of course our media or government never points out this discrepancy.

On January 10, 2003, Ann and I posted an article we wrote to our web site. This article is about Chinese troops crossing the US-Mexican border to do maneuvers. The Chinese troops have been encountered by two (2) US Border Patrol agents in the area southeast of Deming, New Mexico.

Does anyone remember the games called “telephone” or “gossip”? I’ve also been wondering about the attention span and comprehension level of a lot our so-called “patriots” and “militia leaders.”

It seems a whole lot of them cannot keep their attention focused on the entire article. It also appears that their comprehension abilities are seriously lacking.

And they claim to be the ones who are the real patriots. Boy, are we in trouble.

It’s absolutely amazing how they read things into our article. It further amazes me how they can and do complain about government agencies hiding information from the people, but they expect to get straight, honest answers from these very same agencies with one simple little telephone call.

These people pass our article among their circles, and just as in the games mentioned above, the story changes unbelievably.

Do any of these so-called patriots or militia leaders call us to double check the evidence we are providing? No. Do they attack and ridicule us? You bet they do. Just like the good little government disinformation specialists they are.

I hope they receive nice, little certificates to hang on their walls from Tom Ridge, John Ashcroft, Dick Cheney, or maybe even our illustrious President Shrub.

Ann and I have repeatedly stated that these reports come to us from two (2) US Border Patrol agents. We have NEVER claimed to be eyewitnesses to the Chinese troops in this area. We have stated that we are TRYING to get pictures and other proof to bring to the public about the Chinese troops to verify these reports.

These so-called patriot militia leaders have demanded we show them proof from the border patrol agents such as the written documentation of their encounter with the Chinese military. As if the US Border Patrol would allow copies of these incidents to leave headquarters. That is…if these incidents were even allowed to be documented.

If this is supposed to be a secret, then I’m sure our government agencies would try their darnedest to KEEP it a secret, which they are.

Ann and I have never stated that WE’VE seen the US Marine unit in town. We have said that we have received reports from local militia members who have spotted the Marines, in civilian clothing, purchasing supplies from local stores. By the way, we received a telephone call last night from a former US Marine who did, in fact, work our southern borders in a covert manner in past years. He verified that this does take place and that if the Marines are buying supplies locally, then they have gone “way deep black.” This means that these Marines are working extremely under-cover and in deep dark secret.

Now, Ann and I are not saying ALL patriots and militia leaders fit into the above description. We have received offers of help from a few groups willing to send us men and women to help walk the desert to try and gather proof. We have also received an offer of an airplane and pilot to fly over the area to scout for the unit of Marines and the Chinese troops.

These men and women and groups ARE true, sincere patriots, true, sincere militia leaders. These are the folks that ARE concerned about the safety of our citizenry and our nation. These ARE NOT the people who ridicule every report and reporter.

For more than thirty (30) years, I, Dennis Bossack, have worked spying on the governments of this world and risking my life to find the truth, the cover-ups, the conspiracies and lies perpetrated by governments against the people of this planet.

For the past five (5) years, since going public about my work, Ann and I have been under attack from our government’s subversive agencies. We have had black helicopters land in our backyard in Rhode Island. We have encountered men in black tactical uniforms sporting M-16s in our backyard in Rhode Island. We have been targeted by microwave weapons in Rhode Island. We have found listening devices (bugs) in our house and small business in Rhode Island. We’ve even had a report from the local police department in Rhode Island that a man was stopped leaving our shop in the middle of the night. When approached by the officer, the man produced an ID card from the NSA (National Security Agency).

In Deming, New Mexico, we have been shot at. Black helicopters buzz our house at twenty-five (25) feet. I have been hit by, what we believe to be, the Quantum Potential Weapon. This is a weapon which spreads disease. I had Necrotizing Fasciitis, the flesh-eating bacteria, which landed me on the critical list and six (6) hours from death. It also took my left testicle and one and one-half pounds of tissue from that area of my body.

We have been accused of making money from all this. Well, will someone PLEASE tell us where this money is?? We have been accused of doing this for fame. Well, most of it has been ridicule. Ann and I are not sadists and do not enjoy being ridiculed for speaking the truth. However, IT IS our job and we WILL continue to bring the truth to the people despite the ridicule from these so-called patriots.

I feel honored, proud and lucky to have a wife like Ann standing behind me and supporting our work through all the government intimidation, death threats, attacks and ridicule by our so-called patriot militia leaders and so on. I only wish these people had someone who supports them and loves them as much as Ann does me. Maybe they wouldn’t be the closed-minded, controlled morons they show themselves to be.

In short, Ann and I ask only that in future reports our so-called patriots and militia leaders READ THE REPORTS THOROUGHLY. Ann and I ask that EVERYONE seriously think about what is being reported, not only by us, but others as well. DO NOT just dismiss these reports. Think about them, read them, reread them, question them and question them again.

The Chinese troops were seen about 15 miles north of the US-Mexican border. The dates vary from August, 2002-January, 2003.

The US Border Patrol agents were on routine patrol every time the Chinese were encountered.

The Border Patrol agents I’ve spoken with have been in uniform, in marked Border Patrol vehicles and, yes, have proven they were working on the nights of the encounters.

The agents stated the Chinese were definitely Chinese and not Mexican or any other nationality. They wore “desert camouflage” uniforms, what appeared to be Kevlar helmets, carrying military style rifles, and every man they could see was armed with a sidearm.

The BP agents could provide documentation of these encounters. US Border Patrol officials will not comment on this subject. Mexican media is neither verifying nor denying this information (don’t forget that Mexico IS a police state).

The Border Patrol know who I am and know some of my past from government reports of us moving to the Deming, NM, area in March of 2002.

These men are extremely concerned about the safety of the United States and its citizens.

We are working on getting photographs of the Chinese troops doing maneuvers or even just on our side of the US-Mexican border.

The timing has to be right. We have gone to the areas we were told about but, didn't see anything unusual. We have asked some of our neighbors to inform us if these troops are spotted. However, not having access to the Chinese plans makes it very difficult to know when and where they will cross the border.

We're continuing to work on it. We are still trying to convince the Border Patrol agents to let us do an official interview with them. We have offered to use voice-altering equipment. We have offered strict anonymity. All to no avail... Developing...

In short, Jack Foote received a telephone call about tens of thousands of Mexicans building up just south of the border in Naco, AZ. Well, I've also received a report of the same thing happening just south of the New Mexico-Mexico border, south of Hachita, NM.

This appears to be a smoke-screen. Not that it's not happening...it is. However, these massing Mexicans are supposed to charge over the border and attempt to overwhelm our border law enforcement.

I feel there will be a another major event in the VERY near future. Following this event, the Mexicans will charge the border overwhelming our law enforcement personnel. This incident and another major event and the Shrub Administration will impose Martial Law.

While our law enforcement personnel are busy chasing the invading Mexicans, the Chinese troops slip in to impose Martial Law under the orders of the Bush Administration.

Chinese Troops On The US-Mexican Border…

Since August, 2002, when DNA LIVE RADIO signed on to the internet and began broadcasting, Ann and I have reported about the thousands of Chinese troops just south of the US-Mexican border.

We live 22 miles southeast of Deming and 32 miles southwest of Las Cruces, NM, in the 'middle of the desert.' We have spoken with two (2) local Border Patrol agents who have come into face-to-face contact with Chinese military troops doing maneuvers 15 miles north of the US-Mexican border. This actually puts those troops 15 miles directly south of our home.

These two agents have told us that they have encountered three to four thousand troops numerous times. They stated that they call headquarters who in turn calls a local covert US Marine unit that wanders around the desert along the border in this area.

The Marines meet the Border Patrol agents, talk with the Chinese officers, slap backs and shake hands. Then the Chinese about-face and return south across the border.

As for the Marine unit, there has been no official word that this unit exists. We’ve been told that this Marine unit moves, on a daily basis, around the border area setting up camp in a different location every day. We’ve inquired with Border Patrol, US Customs, the Luna County Sheriff’s Department and the local police. No one will say anything about it.

We have been trying to get the Border Patrol agents to speak on our show...but to no avail. They fear for their safety, the safety of their families and their jobs.
