Prior to 1972, there
were high hopes for the area east of Deming, New Mexico.
The real estate corporation that was responsible for the growth of Rio Rancho,
New Mexico, purchased thousands and thousands of desert acreage. Rio Rancho
has been one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Rio Rancho sits
just northwest of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The sale of desert acreage in Rio Rancho was phenomenal. The Deming
Ranchettes and other similar projects should also do very well.
So, why didn't they?
In 1972, President Richard M. Nixon banned the government manufacture,
testing and experimentation of 'biological agents.' But why did that
president think he had any power? Immediately after Nixon's ban on
biological weapons, certain agencies within the government of the US
took on their own agenda. They built underground laboratories, test sites
and storage facilities deep in the southwestern New Mexico desert.
These facilities are extremely safe, well guarded and covertly funded.
Still all-in-all, they are illegal. Because of these government facilities,
the Deming area never grew as projected.
Over the years, local residents have witnessed trucks, tractor-trailers
and other construction equipment driving south through the desert east
of Deming. Many of these residents have stated that these trucks drive
through the desert and "disappear."
Watching a truck drive through our desert is an easy task. It's so dry
out here that there is always a major dust plume behind any vehicle
driving the desert. However, some of these folks have noticed that the
dust plume just flat stopped in the middle of nowhere.
So, where, oh, where did these big trucks go?
Easy! A one-word answer will suffice…UNDERGROUND.
During the thirty-three years since Nixon's ban, these agencies have
constructed underground labs, storage facilities, living areas and
the latest project, finished in 2002, the Western White House...underground, of course.
Below are some interesting photographs we've taken of a recent
driveabout through our desert.
The dirt roads in eastern Luna County are not graded on a regular
basis. There must be a 'TAX BASE' in order to regularly grade these
roads. However, notice the roads in the photos below. There is "zero"
tax base in the area where these photos were taken. If there is no
tax base, then why are the roads graded so nicely?
The tax base comes from covert agencies within the government of
the United States. "Black Ops." "Black Budgets." That is the
origin of the 'tax base.'
Also notice the storage sheds in the middle of nowhere. Notice the
'antenna array." Could this be a HAARP repeater station?
These are just a few of the "Things That Make Ya Go Hmmmm."
